Job summary

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant to join our Rawalpindi-based team, on-site for night shifts (10 PM - 10 AM). The role supports the QA function in monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions and internal processes.

Applicant level is Junior with a minimum 1 year in a BPO/call center. Applicants should have strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
Prior QA/monitoring/auditing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and objective evaluation of interactions.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and internal processes.
Ensure compliance with client standards, company policies, and SLAs.
Analyze data, identify trends, and document findings clearly.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Maintain objective, fair, and consistent evaluations across interactions.
