Job summary

PRIME BPO in Rawalpindi is seeking a Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) for our on-site night shift. You will verify sales on the Final Expense campaign, confirm client details, and ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards.

We offer an uncapped bonus, a professional growth path, and training. Walk-in interviews are encouraged; interview hours are 6:00 PM–12:00 AM, Mon–Fri, at Plot D-146, Satellite Town. Total package around 100K PKR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Able to work night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and QA teams.
• Comply with company policies and meet daily/weekly verification targets.
• Stay back or work overtime if needed for training or targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
