PRIME BPO is looking for a detail oriented and confident Validator to join our growing Medalert campaign team. This is a full time, on site role ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and want to build a strong career in the BPO industry.

Salary Package

Total Package: 125K - 140K Uncapped Bonuses based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Validate sales made by closers on the Medalert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance

Confirm client information, shipping details, and medical alert device specifications professionally

Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards

Verify customer eligibility, billing information, and service agreement terms for medical alert systems

Identify discrepancies and escalated issues when necessary

Maintain accurate records of validated orders

Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams

Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed

Meet daily and weekly validation targets

Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 Years of BPO experience as a Validator on Medalert campaign (mandatory)

Excellent Communication Skills in English

Strong verbal communication and listening skills
