Job summary

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail oriented and confident QA Assistant to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. This on-site, night shift role (10 PM–10 AM) reports to the QA team and focuses on monitoring quality across customer interactions and internal processes.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year in a BPO setting, strong attention to detail, and solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Sheets is preferred, with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, quality monitoring, or auditing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate interactions objectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, company policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze data, identify trends, and document findings clearly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
• Maintain objective, fair, and consistent evaluations across interactions.
• Collaborate with teams while also managing tasks independently.
