Job summary

Prime BPO is seeking a Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) to join our on-site team in Rawalpindi during the night shift. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with BPO experience who have excellent English communication and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will verify sales, confirm client information, and ensure all documentation and recordings meet quality standards. You will work with sales and QA teams and may be required to stay late for training or to meet

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular Students are not eligible to apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of verified sales
