Job summary

Prime BPO & Telecommunications is hiring a detail-oriented QA Assistant to monitor and improve the quality of customer interactions and internal processes. This on-site role is based in Rawalpindi with night shift hours.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a BPO or call center, strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets). Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment (Mandatory)
• Prior QA/quality monitoring or auditing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate interactions objectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and internal processes
• Ensure compliance with client standards, company policies, and SLAs
• Analyze data, identify trends, and document findings clearly
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Maintain objective, fair, and consistent evaluations across interactions
