Job summary

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail oriented and confident Junior Closer to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and want to build a long-term career in the BPO industry.

The position offers uncapped bonuses based on performance and a comprehensive on-site work environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Interview timing is evenings, with on-site location in Rawalpindi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Excellent Communication Skills in English.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Regular Students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed.
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved.
