PRIME BPO is seeking a detail oriented Validator to join our Med Alert campaign team in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, on-site role with night shifts, ideal for candidates with BPO experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience as a Validator on Medalert campaign.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Willingness to work night shifts and overtime when required.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate sales on Medalert campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information, shipping details, and device specifications.
• Ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Verify eligibility, billing, and service terms for medical alert systems.
• Maintain records and coordinate with sales and QA teams.
• Meet daily/weekly validation targets and stay available for training.
