PRIME BPO is seeking a detail oriented Sales Verification Consultant for the Rawalpindi on-site night shift. This full-time role targets accurate verification of MedAlert campaign sales and requires strong communication in English with attentiveness to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and device/service details professionally.
• Ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and QA teams.
• Follow company compliance policies.
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
• Be available for overtime as needed for training or targets.
