Job summary

ACT International, implementing BNP 3.0 in collaboration with UNICEF Punjab and BNP stakeholders, seeks a Project Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, donor compliance, reporting and internal controls. The role ensures timely programme implementation with transparent resource management in line with ACT policies and donor requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, MBA or related field.
• ACCA/CA/CMA or equivalent will be an advantage.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in financial management.
• Experience with NGO/donor-funded programmes is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and financial accounting system skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, financial planning and forecasting for BNP 3.0 across districts.
• Ensure donor compliance, reporting timelines and financial controls.
• Coordinate audits, verification visits and corrective actions.
• Maintain auditable records and proper documentation for all transactions.
• Provide financial guidance to programme teams on documentation, budget controls and procurement plans.
