Job summary

ACT International seeks a Provincial Programme Manager to lead BNP programme implementation at the provincial level in Pakistan. You will translate objectives into actionable plans, manage programme teams, and ensure targets and milestones are met with timely, quality delivery.

The role serves as a key coordination link between provincial teams, Head Office, government departments, development partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safeguarding and governance policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in programme management, project coordination, development, humanitarian, or social protection programmes.
• Experience managing and supervising programme teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall managerial and operational oversight of BNP programme activities at the provincial level, ensuring alignment with approved plans and donor requirements.
• Develop, review, and monitor provincial work plans, schedules, targets, and milestones.
• Lead, supervise, and support provincial and field programme teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Coordinate with government departments, development partners, and stakeholders for planning and policy alignment.
• Guide and support field teams to strengthen programme performance and deliverables.
