Rashid Latif Khan Group invites a skilled procurement professional to join our team in Lahore. The role focuses on strategic purchase planning, supplier sourcing, and ensuring best value across the procurement cycle.

The incumbent will coordinate requisitions, evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and maintain ERP procurement records while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in SCM, procurement, BBA/MBA, commerce or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement and vendor management, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental purchase requirements and prepare procurement plans aligned with budgets and priorities.
• Review requisitions for completeness, specifications, approvals, budget availability and compliance with procurement procedures.
• Identify, evaluate and develop a pool of reliable suppliers based on quality, price, delivery capacity, service standards, and organizational requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare comparisons, and ensure transparent and commercially sound purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, warranties and other commercial conditions with suppliers to achieve optimum value for the organization.
• Prepare and process purchase orders following approvals and delegated authority limits.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and monitor orders, delivery, and product specifications.
• Ensure purchased goods meet specifications, quality standards, contractual terms and organizational policies.
• Maintain procurement records in ERP/procurement system including requisitions, quotations, POs and supplier correspondence.
• Coordinate with Stores, User Departments, Accounts to ensure receipt and availability of purchased items.
• Monitor procurement expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget utilization.
• Prepare periodic procurement reports covering requisitions, POs, supplier performance and savings.
