Job summary

Innovative Biscuits (Pvt.) Ltd in Lahore is seeking a procurement professional with 1–2 years experience to manage master carton execution, vendor coordination, and PO processing for packaging materials.

You will maintain accurate records, support NPD sourcing, and ensure ISO documentation compliance, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep procurement operations smooth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Procurement or a related field.
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage master carton execution and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle ink coding/printer execution and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for packaging and related materials.
• Maintain procurement records, reports, data entries, and required ISO documentation.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities for New Product Development (NPD).
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
