Job summary

Zameen Group in Lahore is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support day-to-day procurement operations, including data entry for POs, payment records, and documentation, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing. You will coordinate with departments, conduct market visits to verify quotations, maintain records, and help maintain a refreshed procurement rates database.

2–3 years of experience and a BBA/B.Com degree are required.

Qualifications

• BBA or B.Com required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain procurement Purchase Orders (POs), payment records, and related data accurately in the relevant systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with other departments for the processing, verification, and completion of procurement documents and payment requests.
• Conduct market visits to collect and verify vendor quotations and update the procurement rates database.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payment documents, and other procurement-related correspondence.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and timely execution of day-to-day supply chain activities.
• Follow up with vendors and internal departments regarding pending documentation, quotations, and payment processing.
