Job summary

InfoTech Group in Lahore is seeking a proactive IT professional for application support with 1–2 years of experience. You will monitor business applications, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical users.

You will work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, write SQL queries, and support Windows and Linux environments. Collaboration with Dev, QA and Infra teams will ensure high availability and reliable service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Application Support or similar IT role.
• Hands-on experience with databases, operating systems and ticketing systems.
• Exposure to application monitoring tools and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and performance of business applications.
• Handle multiple support tickets and meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot application, database and system issues.
• Execute SQL queries on Oracle and PostgreSQL to validate data.
• Collaborate with Development, QA and Infra teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Support Windows and Linux environments and diagnose issues.
• Assist with API troubleshooting and application connectivity.
• Use logging and APM tools to monitor performance and document resolutions.
• Document incidents and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
