Key Responsibilities

• Support: Provide L2/L3 support for SQL Server applications, resolve tickets, identify root cause
• SQL Expertise: Write and optimize queries, stored procedures, and perform performance tuning
• Monitoring: Set up alerts, ensure uptime, monitor performance
• Collaboration: Work with developers and project managers to improve app health
• Documentation: Maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides
• User Support: Help users with app issues and train on best practices
