Pre-Sales Network & Security Architect

Job summary

Arwentech is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer - EITM to work closely with the sales team, understanding customer needs and designing network and security solutions. You will present technical proposals, demos, PoCs and architectural docs to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Responsibilities include technical assessments, solution design on Cisco/Juniper platforms, RFP/RFI responses, and handover to delivery with clear scope. Strong vendor knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering/CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering or network engineering (customer-facing).
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS or JNCIP.
• Experience delivering product demos, PoCs and supporting sales teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs for enterprise customers.
• Experience in system integration or architecture design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Team to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Conduct deep technical assessments to define network & security architectures.
• Design and configure routing, switching, firewall, VPN solutions using Cisco/Juniper.
• Develop technical presentations, BOMs and proposals showing solution value.
• Deliver demos, PoCs, lab validations and address client inquiries.
• Prepare technical responses, compliance matrices and architecture docs for tenders.
• Stay updated on networking, security, monitoring and cloud tech.
• Provide feedback to product managers and engineering for future offerings.
• Handover won projects with complete design docs and scope clarity.
