Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to work with an Incident Response sales rep in a defined territory. The role focuses on pre-sales expertise, monitoring, detecting, and reporting security threats while supporting the sales process across RFIs, RFPs, and POCs.

You will be the primary technical contact, collaborating with sales and partners to understand customer requirements and design robust Fortinet security solutions, both remotely and on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in security technology and customer-facing pre-sales engagements.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and craft security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle with Fortinet products.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and participate in POCs with internal and customer teams.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fortinet solutions and competitive landscape.
