Job summary

Nord Assist seeks a results-driven digital marketing specialist to own paid search, paid social, SEO, and email campaigns. You’ll translate the marketing budget into predictable leads and revenue, plan campaigns, track results, and optimize based on data, partnering with sales and content teams to align with business goals.

You will manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), email/SMS sequences, SEO support, and analytics setup, staying ahead of platform updates and trends to improve

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience running digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Comfortable reading analytics dashboards and pulling insights.
• Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Build and manage email/SMS marketing campaigns and sequences.
• Conduct keyword research and support on-page/off-page SEO efforts.
• Set up and monitor tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable reports.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce ad creatives.
• A/B test landing pages, ad copy, and creatives to improve performance.
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trends.
