Job summary

Nokhba.AI is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable customer acquisition and growth through paid digital channels. You will own campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, optimize investment, and convert activity into qualified leads, product sign-ups, and demos.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, plus strong analytics, retargeting, and A/B testing capabilities to improve ROAS and CAC.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and SaaS acquisition funnels.
• Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution.
• Campaign optimization, retargeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
