Job summary

AI Storm Labs in Islamabad is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google. You will own budgets and be judged on return, not on impressions.

You will own budgets, tie spend to pipeline, and provide the reporting that follows. You communicate directly with clients and the founder, briefing designers as needed and ensuring campaigns are production-ready.

• Two or more years running paid media with real budgets.
• Comfortable with attribution being imperfect, and honest about it.
• Able to brief a designer well enough to get creative worth testing.
• Spreadsheet fluency.

Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google, and own the number they produce.

You will own budgets and be judged on return, not on impressions. We would rather turn a campaign off than let it run because the dashboard looks busy.
