Job summary

HR Ways in Lahore (onsite) is hiring a performance marketer to plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok to generate leads and registrations for business transformation workshops and mentoring programs.

You will manage budgets, track ROAS and CPL, set up advanced analytics, and collaborate with design teams to optimize landing pages. Strong English writing and case-study proven results in lead generation are required.

• A/B test creatives and briefs for design/video teams.
• Track ROAS, CPL, cost per registration; manage daily budgets.
• Provide daily AM plan, PM task summary, and weekly performance report.

Role Overview

We're hiring a performance marketer to run paid campaigns for business transformation workshops, mentoring programmes and app subscriptions. You will plan, launch and scale ads on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, aiming for more leads, more registrations and a lower cost per result.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run Google Ads campaigns: Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display

• Plan and run Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, including lead forms, retargeting and lookalike audiences

• Plan and run TikTok Ads, including Spark Ads and lead generation campaigns

• Set up and manage tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel

• A/B test creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages, and brief our design and video team

• Manage daily budgets, and track ROAS, cost per lead and cost per registration

• Send a daily AM plan and PM summary of tasks completed, plus a weekly performance report

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running Google, Meta and TikTok ads

• Proven results for lead generation, events, courses or coaching brands (case studies required)

• Strong skills in pixel, conversion tracking and analytics setup

• Has managed monthly ad budgets of USD 3,000 or more

• Good written English, analytical and data driven

• Experience targeting Australia, UAE and international audiences is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Proven experience in lead generation, event registrations, online courses, coaching, or mentoring programmes.

• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel.

• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of USD 3,000 or more.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, and conversion performance.

• Must provide case studies demonstrating campaign results.

• Excellent written English and reporting skills.

• Experience targeting Australia, UAE, and other international markets is a plus.
