The Ranking Geeks (TRG) is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer – Google Ads to lead and optimize campaigns targeting the US market from Lahore. You will focus on improving lead quality, increasing conversions, and reducing CPL while driving measurable growth.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads, GTM, GA4, and analytics, with a track record in lead generation and campaign optimization. This on-site position offers exposure to diverse clients and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in lead generation.
• Expertise in Search Ads, Performance Max and YouTube Ads.
• Advanced knowledge of GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns and reducing CPL.
• Experience with US local service businesses is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, and CRM tools is a plus.

• Manage and optimize Google Search Ads, Performance Max (PMax), and YouTube Ads campaigns.
• Audit accounts, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign structures.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
• Improve lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Search Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
• Advanced knowledge of GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns and reducing CPL.
• Experience with US local service businesses is highly preferred.
