Job summary

Devsinc in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a proactive People Success Executive to support employee engagement, people operations, and overall employee experience.

You will collaborate with managers to ensure smooth HR processes, maintain HRIS data, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• HR certification or relevant coursework (preferred).
• Experience with HR software/HRIS.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, and employee documentation.
• Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, feedback cycles, goal-setting, and follow up on development plans.
• People Operations: Maintain HRIS records, dashboards, reports, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams to support people initiatives and business objectives.
• Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support employee well-being initiatives.
