Job summary

Translation Empire in Bahrain? (Location specified: Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi) is seeking a senior HR Manager to oversee policy compliance, policy development and enforcement, and pay/perk structures.

The role leads an HR team, implements training programs, and handles employee relations on office-based operations. The candidate brings 3–5 years of HR management, MBA/BBA HRM, and professional HR certifications as a plus.

Qualifications

• MBA/BBA with specialisation in HRM.
• HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are a plus.
• 3–5 years of HR managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
• Analysing existing policies and making changes as appropriate.
• Assessing areas where policies are needed and creating new policies as required.
• Managing and training the HR team.
• Monitoring employee performance, attendance and lateness.
• Designing and implementing training programs as needed.
• Handling employee grievances or conflicts for managers and staff.
• Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.
