Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee policy compliance and development. You will lead and train the HR team, analyze policies, and implement training programs.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage grievances and performance concerns in a busy office environment. Office-based, with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• MBA/BBA with HR specialization.
• HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in disciplinary hearings and conflicts.
• Proficiency in common HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring company's procedures comply with employment regulations
• Analysing existing policies and making changes as appropriate
• Assessing areas where policies are needed and create new policies as required
• Managing and training the HR team
• Monitoring employee attendance and lateness
• Designing and implementing training programs as needed
• Handling employee grievances or conflicts
• Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
