Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment or generalist HR experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations to ensure smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and local labor laws.
• Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration as required.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events and training.
• Promote a positive culture and maintain integrity and confidentiality.
