Tagline Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and records maintenance. This hands-on role offers exposure to policy documentation and day-to-day HR projects within a fast-growing digital marketing and technology-focused team.

The ideal candidate has recently completed a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR policy documentation and administrative tasks.
• Participate in day-to-day HR operations and projects.
