Job summary

Grayhat Developers Private Limited seeks an Business Operations Intern to support HR onboarding, payroll coordination, procurement, and internal communications. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR, Admin, Finance, and Operations processes with a focus on improving workflows using Power BI dashboards.

You will work closely with HR, Admin, Finance, and Operations teams, learn documentation management, reporting, and become integral to day-to-day operational routines in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced) required.
• Power BI dashboards, HR analytics, and visual reporting experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage operational workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and reporting experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; comfortable with desk and field tasks.

Responsibilities

• HR Onboarding & Employee Support: assist onboarding, IT setup, surveys, and attendance tracking.
• Legal Coordination & Documentation: prepare and organize contracts, NDAs, and client agreements.
• Office Management & Procurement: coordinate with cleaning staff, update SOPs, manage vendors, support procurement docs.
• Financial Operations Support: assist with contractor payments and monthly bank statements,
• Internal Communications: share notices and ensure cross-functional coordination.
