Job summary

HRBS Global in Islamabad is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, employee records, and HR operations. You will manage monthly payroll, prepares payslips, maintain payroll databases, and ensure statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, familiarity with labour laws, and proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.

• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve salary discrepancies.
• Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll calculations and reporting.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including the maintenance of relevant documentation.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive payroll data.
• Prepare payroll trackers, reports, and other HR-related documentation.
• Support additional HR and administrative tasks as required.

About the Role

• Familiarity with HR management systems, payroll software, and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates with experience at Cloudways or similar technology companies will be preferred.
