About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll processing, employee records management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in payroll administration, payslip preparation, and labour law compliance, along with an understanding of talent acquisition and general HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursements.
• Prepare and maintain employee payslips, payroll reports, and compensation records.
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll databases, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve salary discrepancies.
• Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll calculations and reporting.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including the maintenance of relevant documentation.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive payroll data.
• Prepare payroll trackers, reports, and other HR-related documentation.
• Support additional HR and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, payslip preparation, and employee record management.
• Working knowledge of applicable labour laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with HR management systems, payroll software, and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
