Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll processing, payslip preparation, and employee records management.
• Knowledge of labour laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare payslips, payroll reports, and compensation records.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
