Job summary

Liaquat National Hospital is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the monthly payroll process, ensure accuracy, and maintain statutory compliance. You will supervise staff, resolve payroll issues, and drive process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role requires an MBA in HR/Finance or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience, and hands-on expertise with Oracle ERP and MS Office. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR/Finance or equivalent with progressive experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge including calculations, statutory compliance and accounting basics.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication, analytical, numerical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience running payroll in Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Payroll Function ensuring monthly salaries and otherpayments are timely processed and disbursed.
• Supervise, manage and coordinate work activities of the staff to meettimelines.
• Compile data from all relevant sources and ensure payroll is processedaccurately.
• Address and resolve payroll related issues and discrepancies
• Process statutory payments.
• Process final settlement of dues for outgoing employees.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in developingand maintaining the SOPs.
• Prepare the annual HR budget in coordination with stakeholders
• Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordancewith the institutional policy.
