Liaquat National Hospital is looking for an HR professional to manage the hiring process for various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records.

Ideal applicants should have an MBA/MPA in HR, strong communication skills in English and Urdu, and experience in managing performance appraisals and promotions. This role promotes teamwork and interpersonal abilities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of related work experience in HR.
• Experience in handling employee records and hiring documents.
• Familiarity with performance appraisal and salary increment processes.

Responsabilités

• Process the hiring of suitably qualified candidates.
• Screen and shortlist applications and arrange interviews.
• Generate employee records and prepare related hiring documents.
• Maintain and update manpower status regularly.
• Prepare employment verification and reference letters.
• Assist in the annual performance appraisal and salary increment process.
• Assist in the process of staff promotions.

Connaissances

Good communication skills in English and Urdu

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Team player with good interpersonal skills

Formation

MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent qualification
