Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is seeking an ERP Specialist to manage and enhance HRMS/Payroll modules in our Karachi office. You will plan, design, implement, and deliver ERP solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution and high end-user satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years of HRMS/Payroll ERP experience with IT/CS education and certifications preferred. You will collaborate with HR and ERP leads to optimize processes and upgrade systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 7 years of ERP HRMS/Payroll experience.
• Relevant certification will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and deliver ERP engagements for HR and Payroll modules.
• Analyze and implement new modules and functionalities to meet requirements.
• Resolve HR/Payroll module issues promptly and ensure user satisfaction.
• Assess current HR/Payroll systems and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with user departments for applicability and approval of recommendations.
• Develop new modules per approved suggestions and train users on them.
• Support HR/Payroll Lead and ERP lead as needed.
• Provide inputs for process improvements and ERP upgrades.
• Generate and submit ERP/functional reports to management.
• Provide timely technical support to end users for business continuity.
• Implement Business Process Re-engineering projects including user training.
• Assist ERP lead with technical tender documents and bid evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and company policies.
