Job summary

Raqami Bank is seeking a Product Manager – Payments to own and grow the digital payments proposition including Raast, QR, IBFT, and bill payments. You will drive volumes, revenue, and customer adoption while ensuring SBP compliance and Shariah guidelines.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, manage integrations with Raast/1LINK and fintech partners, and lead pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Banking, Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• At least 2 years of Digital Payments Product Management, Product Implementation, or Payments Strategy.
• Proven experience managing payment integrations and customer-facing payment products.
• Exposure to card products and digital payment ecosystems will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the payments product strategy and roadmap across Raast, QR Payments, IBFT, Bill Payments, Mobile Top-ups, and Collections.
• Own the Payments business P&L, including payments transaction volumes, fee and commission income, and related switch/aggregator costs within the approved budget.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business cases, product requirements, UAT, go-live, and post-launch reviews.
• Lead integrations with Raast, 1LINK, billers, aggregators, payment gateways, and fintech partners in coordination with Technology teams.
• Design seamless digital payment journeys, transaction flows, alerts, limits, and failed transaction handling mechanisms.
• Expand merchant, biller, QR, and collection partner coverage to increase transaction volumes and customer adoption.
• Develop pricing strategies and business cases in collaboration with Finance and monitor revenue, costs, and profitability against budget.
• Manage relationships, commercial arrangements, and SLAs with 1LINK, aggregators, payment gateways, and fintech partners.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, Raast/1LINK operating rules, and Shariah guidelines while implementing fraud controls with Risk and Information Security teams.
• Monitor payment success rates, uptime, customer complaints, reconciliation breaks, and operational performance, driving root-cause resolution where required.
• Track and report key payments KPIs including active payers, transaction volume, transaction value, revenue, profitability, and customer adoption metrics.
