Job summary

Raqami Bank in Karachi is seeking a strategic leader to drive partnership-led SME acquisition, merchant acquiring, and digital business solutions, building scalable ecosystems and anchor relationships. You will expand SME reach, grow merchant acceptance, and deliver Shariah-compliant propositions while maintaining strong commercial, regulatory, and operational controls.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in SME or business banking with leadership.
Proven success in ecosystem-based acquisition and partnerships.
Strong knowledge of Pakistan banking landscape, AML/CFT, Islamic banking.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the integrated strategy for partnerships and SME coverage.
Build and manage anchor, institutional, and ecosystem partnerships to drive SME opportunities.
Lead Senior RM/Relationship Managers across portfolios.
Own digital SME acquisition strategy and channel development.
Lead merchant acquiring strategy across QR, POS & acceptance channels.
Oversee merchant onboarding, verification, settlement, and readiness.
Sponsor the SME Digital Banking App and related solutions.
Develop propositions linking accounts, payroll, collections, and SME financing.
Manage partner selection, negotiations, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards.
Ensure SBP AML/CFT and Shariah governance compliance.
