Zusammenfassung

Raqami Bank, a leading Islamic digital bank, seeks a seasoned leader to drive the Business Deposits & Transaction Banking franchise. You will develop Shariah-compliant propositions, grow deposits, boost transaction activity and fee income, and strengthen SME client relationships through relationship-led and digital solutions.

The role requires a track record in SME/business banking, senior management, and strong knowledge of regulatory and Shariah frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in SME banking, business banking, deposits, transaction banking, or related financial services.
• At least 5 years in senior management roles with accountability for business growth and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s banking environment, AML/CFT regulations, and Islamic banking principles.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the business deposits and transaction banking strategy, annual plan, operating model, and growth roadmap.
• Develop Shariah-compliant business account propositions for SME and business customers.
• Lead relationship managers and drive acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening initiatives.
• Manage transaction banking solutions including collections, payments, payroll, cash management, and related services.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of transaction banking solutions and business accounts.
• Partner with SME Coverage, Partnerships, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Channels, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver integrated propositions.
• Develop customer insights to identify deposit opportunities and product enhancements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, business plans and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, AML/CFT standards, customer due diligence, and Shariah governance.
