Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Ltd. is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Retail Banking to drive liability growth, manage a high-value portfolio, and deepen customer relationships with Shariah-compliant service.

You will expand wallet share by cross-selling deposits, cards and wealth solutions, while building strong employer and community networks to generate referrals and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in branch banking or retail banking relationship management.
• Proven CASA acquisition and portfolio growth experience in Islamic/digital banking contexts.
• Exposure to affluent and priority customer segments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acquire and manage high-value retail, affluent and liability-focused relationships to hit deposits, acquisition and growth targets.
• Drive CASA growth through acquisition of payroll and affluent customers.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition plans and build a strong deposit pipeline.
• Deepen relationships to increase balances, wallet share and profitability.
• Cross-sell deposits, cards, wealth solutions and digital banking services.
• Build relationships with employers and business communities to generate referrals.
• Support payroll acquisition and relationship development with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and monitor health, balances and profitability.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and partner with CX for better journeys.
• Support campaigns and initiatives aimed at liability growth.
• Adhere to KYC, AML/CFT, SBP regulations and internal governance.
