Qualifications

• 3-5 years in payments operations, fintech, or cross-border remittance.
• Deep knowledge of payment gateways, card schemes, local APMs and corridors.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acceptance rates across corridors and gateways, with thresholds.
• Monitor gateway performance dashboards in real time and resolve degradation.
• Analyze declines and routing failures and implement fixes.
• Maintain gateway health scores, uptime, latency and dispute ratios.
• Lead integration lifecycle with new gateways and local APMs.
