Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Head of Pricing & Margin to own take rate and govern pricing across corridors from its Lahore office. You will lead a team of pricing managers, analysts, and pricing operations, setting and defending pricing rules for each corridor and payout partner.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in revenue management or pricing, experience in corridor-level economics, and a strong background in governance and data-driven decision-making within regulated consumer markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management or pricing within high-volume, transaction-driven business.
• Track record managing regional or corridor-level economics with geographic variation.
• Evidence-based pricing with governance, price-setting committees, or controlled changes.
• Strong transaction economics: FX pricing, fees, incentives, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue per transaction on the pricing side.
• Own the pricing rulebook as versioned configuration.
• Lead the Corridor Pricing Managers.
• Own the group’s pricing and rate-automation platform and its controls.
• Own competitor position across rate and fee, focusing on actual customer receipt.
• Optimise revenue streams within scheme terms and coordinate with Finance.
• Govern promotional pricing end to end.
• Carry conduct accountability under the UK Consumer Duty.
• Establish and chair a monthly pricing governance forum.
• Feed daily pricing intelligence into group reporting.
• Build and scale the pricing function.
