Job summary

ACE Money Transfer in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a Head of Pricing & Margin to own take rate across corridors and govern the pricing rulebook. This is a group-level role with no single line reporting and requires alignment across international time zones.

You will lead the pricing and rate-automation platform, set floors and campaigns, and balance volume growth with margin protection. You will chair a monthly pricing governance forum and provide daily pricing intelligence for group reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management or pricing in high-volume, transaction-driven business.
• Experience in governed pricing with pricing committees or regulated price-setting.
• Strong transaction economics: FX pricing, fees, profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue per transaction on the pricing side.
• Own the pricing rulebook as versioned configuration.
• Lead the Corridor Pricing Managers.
• Own group pricing and rate-automation platform and its controls.
• Own competitor position and market fairness of published prices.
• Optimize revenue streams within scheme terms and flag dependencies to Finance.
• Govern promotional pricing end-to-end.
• Chair monthly pricing governance forum.
• Feed daily pricing intelligence into group reporting.
• Build and scale the function.
