Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to appointment requests via phone, email, or messages with professionalism.
• Register patients for appointments, procedures, and admissions accurately.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using the health record system.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients when needed.
• Collect co-pays and other financial responsibilities transparently.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
