You will lead targeted campaigns, present software development and AI solutions, build rapport with prospects, manage CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets while collaborating with the BD team.

Formación

• 4+ years in cold calling, outbound B2B sales, and business development in IT services or related fields.
• Experience engaging US-based prospects and decision-makers.
• Near-native or native-level American English fluency with clear articulation.

Responsabilidades

• Execute targeted outbound cold-calling campaigns to US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Present software development, AI solutions, and IT services with value-focused conversations.
• Build credibility and rapport with US prospects through professional communication.
• Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and generate high-quality opportunities.
• Handle objections and convert cold prospects into qualified meetings.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified leads, appointments, and pipeline generation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups.
