Job Description

Fah Innovation is hiring a USA-focused Cold Caller for its Lahore team. In this full-time, office-based role, you will contact prospective customers in the United States, introduce the company’s offerings, and help generate qualified sales opportunities. The position suits a confident communicator who can work effectively with U.S. prospects and maintain a consistent calling schedule aligned with their business hours.

Responsibilities include

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects using approved contact lists and scripts.
• Clearly explain relevant products or services, ask discovery questions, and identify customer needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up conversations or appointments for the appropriate team.
• Record call outcomes, prospect details, and follow-up actions accurately in the company’s tracking system.
• Handle objections professionally, follow calling guidelines, and meet agreed activity and quality targets.
• Share feedback on prospect responses and help improve call approaches and messaging.

This role is based at the Lahore workplace and is not telecommuting. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating their working hours with U.S. calling windows.
