Cold Calling Expert – UK Accent Required

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

What we are looking for:

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to B2B prospects across various industries.
• Identify decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Directors, etc.) and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
• Pitch Tiksom’s software development services persuasively, addressing client pain points and offering solutions.
• Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and interest level, ensuring high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
• Schedule sales appointments and demos for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and prospect details in a CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Continuously refine scripts, objection-handling techniques, and outreach strategies to optimize conversion rates.
• Track and report key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

In a typical work day you would:

• 5+ years of proven experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation.
• Fluent English with a strong UK accent (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, fintech, or software development sales is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and call-tracking software.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and convert cold leads into warm opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
