Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, especially Odoo configurations
• 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, or related roles
• Comfortable working across multiple business lines (Marketplace, Retail, B2B)
• Strong written communication and detail orientation

Responsibilities

• Marketplace module integration and OMS setup: evaluate, implement and configure a multi-vendor module in Odoo and the full OMS.
• ERP configuration and ownership: manage Odoo across marketplace, franchise and bookstore operations.
• Vendor and seller onboarding: manage applications, verification, demos and payments.
• Payment operations: oversee manual bank-transfer verification and assist automation as needed.
• Franchise and store support: onboard/train new franchisees on POS and store ops.
• Process maturity: document and create repeatable processes as we scale
