Qualifications

• 1–3 years in finance, admin, or accounting; ERP exposure (Odoo) preferred.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats including finance, admin and basic IT.
• Detail-oriented with trustworthy handling of financial and compliance data.
• Basic understanding of Pakistani tax/regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Configure and maintain Odoo Accounting & Inventory with the Operations team.
• Admin and office management for NSTP office and training hub.
• Provide basic IT support for Odoo, POS terminals, and connectivity.
• Assist with SECP, NTN/FBR and grant-reporting documentation.
