Job summary

Get Books (SMC-Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to drive scalable ERP-driven workflows as we grow toward COO‑level operations. You will own core modules, coordinate across marketplaces, stores, and B2B channels.

You will lead Odoo module integration, manage OMS and payment operations, onboard vendors, and support franchise stores while building repeatable processes for future growth. Join at the inflection point as a founder-run operation transitions into a systemized

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, or similar hands-on work
• Hands-on with ERP/CRM systems, especially Odoo
• Comfortable working across marketplace, retail, and B2B lines
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Interest in leadership growth over time

Responsibilities

• Marketplace module integration and OMS setup in Odoo
• ERP configuration and ownership across marketplace, franchise and bookstore operations
• Vendor and seller onboarding from application to payment confirmation
• Oversee payment operations and transition toward automated processing
• Franchise and store support for POS and operations training
• Turn current manual processes into documented, repeatable systems as we scale
