Job summary

Get Books is a book marketplace and publishing platform moving from founder-run finance to a properly systemised company. You will own the financial and admin transition end to end as we roll out multi-location operations and new franchises, starting with NSTP, NUST.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in finance, admin, or accounting with ERP exposure (Odoo preferred).
• Willing to wear multiple hats across finance, admin and IT.
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness (FBR/SECP).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Configure and maintain Odoo Accounting & Inventory with Operations.
• Handle admin tasks for NSTP office and procurement/compliance docs.
• Provide basic IT support for Odoo, POS terminals, and connectivity.
• Prepare SECP, NTN/FBR and grant-reporting documentation.
